Braden River Pavers
About this site

Named for the river. Priced in writing.

The Braden winds out of the county’s east side, fills the reservoir half of Bradenton drinks from, and quietly names everything around here: the high school, the neighborhoods, and this website.

The trade, kept narrow on purpose

Braden River Pavers introduces Manatee County homeowners to one independent paver contractor, and that contractor names the price and lays the pavers.

The menu is paver surfaces only: driveways, patios and walkways, pool decks, and the re-sets, re-sands, and sealing that keep them right. That’s the whole of it. No roofs, no fences, no landscape design wings: when your project needs a trade that isn’t on that list, you’ll get a straight no instead of an experiment.

Three habits worth insisting on

The base is the job. Ninety percent of paver failure in this county is base failure. So the parts you never see (excavation depth, rock thickness, compaction lifts) are the parts a proper quote spells out and a good crew doesn’t shortcut. The number is in writing and it holds. Ask for it itemized, line by line, so that unless the project itself changes, the invoice can be held to the quote. North of the river counts. Palmetto, Ellenton, and Parrish spent years as afterthoughts on Sarasota-side route sheets; they’re the first pages on this site.

How it starts

Send the paver quote form, and it goes to the contractor, who gets in touch about the project. One visit later you have a written number and a schedule. The cost guide is there if you like arriving at conversations already knowing the math.
